The supply of big split boards is even more limited than solid boards. The list below is everything that is 27.5cm or wider and 155cm or longer. Unfortunately, it's not much. You might be better off splitting your own board or going custom.

Winterstick will customize the width of your board for $100 more. All their standard boards are also available in split.
Technically, the Split Bean snowboard has a 28.1cm waist, but at 144cm long it's much too short for most big foot riders. Otherwise, the maximum is 26.9.
K2 doesn't make any ultrawide boards (their largest is 26.9 cm).
Spline has a standard lineup, but starting at $2000CAD they'll make a custom board for your. Their standard lineup maxes out at 26.5cm waist width.
Spline Snowboards doesn't make any ultrawide boards (their largest is 26.5 cm).
Technically, the XV Sushi snowboard has a 27.6cm waist, but at 145cm long it's much too short for most big foot riders. Otherwise, the maximum is 26.2cm.
Rossignol doesn't make any ultrawide boards (their largest is 26.2 cm).
